Returns and Exchanges

We understand that selecting a product and matching a colour can be challenging, and here at 1010 Studios, our focus is on providing outstanding products and excellent customer service. That means that you can return your products if they aren’t right for you.

We operate a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you would like to exchange your item, you can simply return the original purchased item to us for reimbursement and then re-order the replacement product from our site.

If the wrong products have been delivered, we will refund your return shipping costs. However, if returning for another reason, you are responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning goods, as well as any diminished value as a result of poor handling of the products before returning them.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been tried on or damaged in any way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the product is sealed, this must not be removed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend sending the returns package with tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at info@1010extensions.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been altered, cut, dyed or toned, or if any hygiene seals have been removed, will not be eligible for return.

 

Damages and Any Issues

Please inspect your order once you have received it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
